I am one of the founders of Incluzun.com, an organisation supporting people of determination in a holistic way across the MENA region. I have been working in education and inclusion for over 20 years, I am passionate about developing opportunities for children with individual needs. I have been a Group Head for some of the region's largest educational providers and has worked with international and national committees from the Global Sustainability Network to the Ministry of Education here in the UAE to push for a more sustainable and inclusive world. I have spoken at UNESCO, representing the Committee for Inclusive Education in the Gulf, she is a regular media contributor and conference speaker.

I am one of the founders of Incluzun.com a socially responsible enterprise supporting parents and all stakeholders with Inclusion across the Middle East. I have developed Inclusion teams and departments across Asia and the Middle East for over 30 years. I work tirelessly to support and train stakeholders to drive Inclusion in schools and at government level. I regularly conduct sessions for regulators across the region working on projects to support over 500 schools on their pathway to ‘Outstanding Inclusion’. A key focus for me lies with empowering LSAs or Learning Support Assistants. Operating under the Global Sustainability Network striving toward achieving Goal 8. In addition to running many successful skill development workshops, my brainchild, ‘The LSA Forum’ is a successful platform where I train LSAs to present on various topics around inclusive practice.
