Executive Director for People of Determination Zayed Authority for People of Determination. Zayed Authority for People of Determination was established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi on April 19, 2004 . The organization includes centers and clubs dedicated to people of determination and provides integrated services that aim to rehabilitate people of determination in the community. Throughout its history, ZHO has made wide strides and considerable achievements, notably its expansion plans to accommodate disabled people all over the emirate of Abu Dhabi. All along, it was inspired by President of the U.A.E., Ruler of Abu Dhabi, on the need to widen their scope of service and create new sections and therapeutic units in all centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region.
