General Director for People of Determination Zayed Authority for People of Determination.
H.E. Abdulla Abdulalee AlHumaidan is a highly influential advocate and leader in the United Arab Emirates, known for his unwavering commitment to promoting inclusivity and empowerment. With a remarkable educational background and vast professional experience, he has become a driving force in championing the rights and well-being of individuals with determination. He is Deputy Vice-President of MENA at Rehabilitation International (RI) and the chairman of the organizing committee of the World Congress on Rehabilitation 2024 in Abu Dhabi. He has been a firm advocate for Incluzun and has supported us fully on our shared mission to support people of determination. .

Executive Director for People of Determination Zayed Authority for People of Determination.
Zayed Authority for People of Determination was established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi on April 19, 2004 . The organization includes centers and clubs dedicated to people of determination and provides integrated services that aim to rehabilitate people of determination in the community. Throughout its history, ZHO has made wide strides and considerable achievements, notably its expansion plans to accommodate disabled people all over the emirate of Abu Dhabi. All along, it was inspired by President of the U.A.E., Ruler of Abu Dhabi, on the need to widen their scope of service and create new sections and therapeutic units in all centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region.
Ms. Sara Shaw, CEO Majra
Sarah Shaw is the CEO of the National CSR Fund ‘Majra,’ a purpose-driven federal government entity, dedicated to supporting impactful, sustainable projects that foster economic empowerment, environmental conservation, and social well-being. Sarah had made significant contributions to the prestigious COP28 conference, where she managed strategic engagements with all UAE government entities (federal and local) to ensure active participation in the political event. Sarah was also the Head of Strategy at The Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Head of Programs Management in the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development. She has a proven track record of leading high-impact projects, such as the relaunch of the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development strategy and Impactful Leaders Program. She also led the launch of Public Talks in the World Government Summit in 2019.
Ms. Fatma Mohamed Al Janahi, Executive Director of Resolution Commission at KHDA
Fatma graduated with honours from Zayed University as a Bachelor of Science in HealthSciences in 2006 and Master of Education in Educational Leadership (M.Ed.) in 2009, inpartnership with the University of Washington in Seattle and the University of Connecticut.She was involved in developing KHDA’s human development strategy and supported creatingKHDA’s policy agenda, as well as the re-integration of several existing entities to be part of KHDA.Fatma has represented KHDA at national and international forums. She is currently leadinginternational assessments (TIMSS, PIRLS & PISA), a top priority in KHDA’s work towardsimproving the quality of education in Dubai. She is also Dubai National Research Coordinator (NRC) for TIMSS & PIRLS 2011, working with international bodies for planning andimplementing these two studies.She has also led KHDA’s Continuous Education and Training team which is studying theAdult Education system in Dubai and working on reform plans.
